I recently had my car washed at H2O Valeting Car Wash at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and I can't recommend this place enough. Lewis provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly engaging, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring my experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, Lewis made me feel welcome, taking the time to understand exactly how I wanted my car cleaned, and then delivering far beyond my expectations. Customer Name: Mac Westfield London: I went to the H2O at Westfield Shepherds Bush and couldn't have asked for better treatment! The car was really dirty inside and out but when I came back for it, I was literally gobsmacked, it was spotless! Really looking like new and smelling amazing too! Not to mention, they even got rid of the scratches from the door and bumper! They washed the seats, and let me tell you, they looked better then when I got the car! Both of the members of staff that I dealt with at the front desk were very polite and helpful, especially Wayne! I will definitely use them again and can thoroughly recommend this place! You will not find a better car valet service anywhere around London!
